Macro is learned through use, not just explanation.

I regularly run small, focused sessions in macro forecasting and modeling.

The work is practical and hands-on, working directly with data, models, and current workflows. The aim is not just to understand the techniques, but to see how macroeconomic information is structured and used in practice.

The focus is on clarity over complexity — starting from simple relationships and building toward systems, scenario thinking, and more advanced applications.

The objective is straightforward: to develop a way of working with macro that is both rigorous and usable.

New York and London — June 2026

I’ll be in New York and London this June and will run a small in-person working session while there.

These are two-day sessions focused on macro forecasting and modeling in practice — working through data, models, and current workflows. The material moves from simple relationships through time series and multi-variable systems, with an emphasis on how outputs are interpreted and used in decision-making. AI is used throughout as part of the workflow, rather than as a separate topic.

New York — June 4-5th

London — June 11-12th

Small group, in-person.

A more detailed outline of the two-day session is available here.
